Windows 7 started to arrive at peoples doors today, my copy of Windows 7 Professional arrived this morning. The official release date is October 22nd, however due to the proposed royal mail strikes this has been brought foward as a counter measure to ensure people recieve their copies. The box contains two installation discs, one 32bit, and one 64bit. The packaging is minimal, although the discs themselves are suitably snazzy. I have been using the RC client for many months now so i’m not expecting any surprises, of course if i do find any i will be sure to let you know.
