The Windows 10 (previously 9) technical preview has been released for download. If you want to try it for yourself head on over to http://preview.windows.com
Hang on, what happened to Windows 9? Good question, something to do with legacy (shoddy) code. Personally i think they want to distance themselves as much as possible from Windows 8.
To download the preview you will need to participate in the Windows Insider Program. You can either download the .ISO (3,79 GB) or download the installer.
